Adhesive Film

• Leave your adhesive film on for 1-5 days, your artist will advise further.

• Remove film in the shower under warm water and wash the tattoo gently with your hand & unscented antibacterial soap.

• Dry with a clean paper towel by blotting, do not rub, do not use household towels. You may also air dry.

• Once dry apply a very thin film of cream of your choice (hypoallergenic lotion, Aquaphor, tattoo balm). Apply twice daily for 10-14 days.

• Do NOT pick OR scratch the tattoo, this may cause infection or pull the color out prematurely.

 

Plastic Wrap Cover

• Leave your wrap on for 1-12 hours, your artist will advise further.

• Remove film and wash the tattoo gently with your hand & unscented antibacterial soap.

• Dry with a clean paper towel by blotting, do not rub, do not use household towels. You may also air dry.

• Wash your tattoo twice a day for two weeks or more if you need.

• Once dry apply a very thin film of cream of your choice (hypoallergenic lotion, Aquaphor, tattoo balm). Apply twice daily for 10-14 days.

• Do NOT pick OR scratch the tattoo, this may cause infection or pull the color out prematurely.

• Skin may be red and tender for the next 3-5 days.

 

DO NOT USE: Neosporin, Vaseline, Bag Balm, or A&D ointment.

 

Piercing Care

• Wash your hands with soap first.

• Clean your piercing area with saline solution twice per day according to your Piercer recommendations.

• Use a q-tip to remove crusties.

• If your jewelry is threaded check that it’s tight.

• If it becomes irritated contact your Piercer for advice.
